Overview
Arundathi Institute of Medical Sciences (AIMS), commonly known as Arundhati Medical College, is a private medical college and hospital located in Gandi Maisamma, Medchal–Malkajgiri district, Telangana, near Dundigal. Established in 2023 (or 2018 according to some sources), it is affiliated with Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal, and approved by the National Medical Commission .
The college offers an MBBS program with an annual intake of 150 students, following a curriculum of 4.5 years plus a one-year internship. Admission is through NEET UG and state counselling via KNRUHS. Fees are structured around ₹60,000 per year for certain quotas, going up for NRI and management categories, with hostel facilities included .

Admissions
Step 1: Qualify NEETUG
Appear for and secure the required percentile in NEETUG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test): General (OC): ≥ 50 percentile BC/SC/ST: ≥ 40 percentile OCPH: ≥ 45 percentile Meet Academic & Age Criteria Completed 10+2 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotech and English. Minimum marks in Science subjects: ≥ 50% for OC, ≥ 40% for BC/SC/ST, ≥ 45% for OCPH Must be at least 17 years old on or before December 31 of the admission year Apply through State NEET Counselling (A-Category) Register for the Telangana state counselling conducted by KNRUHS. Seat allotment is based on NEET rank, academic eligibility, and category reservation
Step 2: Management & NRI Quota (B & C Categories)
35% seats under Management quota, 15% under NRI quota. These are also allotted via KNRUHS counselling based on merit, but reservations do not apply NRI seats: financial supporter must be a close relative; supporting documents like NRI certificate and passport need submission Document Verification & Admission Formalities After seat allotment, report to campus with the following (among other documents): NEET admit card & scorecard Class 10/12 mark sheets & certificates Domicile, category/EWS, income certificate ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport etc.) Transfer certificate, passport photos PWD certificate (if applicable)
Step 3: Pay Fees & Bond
Pay tuition and other fees per allotted category (A/B/C). Sign the bond agreement (approx. ₹2 Lakh penalty) Enrollment & Start Classes After completing the admission formalities, you will receive your college enrollment and student ID. Attend the orientation and begin MBBS classes.
